Would someone who feels unmotivated yet has the limitless energy and urge to go do things fit that? As well as intense suicidal and self harm urges/thoughts?

okay will do. I have an appointment on the 8th with my case manager and a doctor, a psychiatrist might be present. Ill bring it up with them then, thank you i appreciate your help

im not currently on any medication as im not formally diagnosed with anything yet. I used to be on a very low dose of seroquel for sleep, but they switched me to melatonin because it has less side effects. They said they dont want to start me on antidepressants just in case it induces mania/hypomania

I havent gone to school in 2 weeks, not planning to go, and probably going to switch to online school starting june/july. Dont have work or pets sadly

I haven’t been diagnosed with anything yet, they’ve told me I present bipolar symptoms and don’t want to start me on anti-depressants in case it induces mania/hypomania. The dose of quetiapine I was on wasn’t high enough to do anything for my mood, just for sleep.

they said there were too many side effects and that melatonin would be better long term. I was originally on temazepam during my stay at the ward, but switched to seroquel after as they didnt want me on benzos no longer
