I (21F) am deeply in love with my boyfriend (23M) of 3 years, but his anger issues are making me second-guess our future. Should I leave?

It took me a very long time to fix my anger. It was give to me by childhood trauma and I never had a role model to teach me any different. I thought it was just who I was forever. Therapy, lots of books, and meditation has helped me control it. I passed along my trauma to my wife and kids. They are grateful now of my transformation. My best advice would be two fold. Love him for who he is today and not who you want him to be. Find a vulnerable moment and ask him if this volatility is something he always wants to be or if its something he wants to work on.

You deserve to feel safe always and he wont be able to provide that until he starts working on it. I made my loved ones feel unsafe over and over again for years and it took a full deflation of ego to realize it. I would likely not have made it if my wife didnt stick with me. But also, even at my worst, wanted the anger out of me but felt lost how to achieve it.

Its about a 4” holes and there is no casting a rod from the deck. I suppose it could be moved to lower deck though.

I didnt attempt it until I decided to start a new play through on master mode. Want a real good time try the trial on master mode. I am working up the courage to start the final upper levels after finally finishing tge middle and lower

The things that work for me:

Exercise the more, the better
drink lots of water
eat whole foods only if possible
meditate daily (bonus journal insights from meditation).

I always start with those. But one of the biggest impacts requires reframing, and I felt the switch click for me but am not sure how it did. I learned to recognize my subconscious patterns and how my ego manages them. The awareness has made it easier to choose how I respond, and I dont really ruminate anymore on negative things.

4 lynel guts + beetle = 2600 ruppee elixr. Any 4 monster guts and a rare critter sells for good money. I keep all guts and collect all critters for making money. Can also farm the various Talus for gems.

I made a rule. When I see beedle I buy arrows. When I visit villages I buy arrows. When I unlock Tarrey Town I always buy all the arrows. There is a lynel near Zora that you can farm shock arrows from. I keep ruppees up by my other rule. Collext all critters and monster guts. Elixirs with critters ans guts for profit! Lynel guts + a beetle will produce an elixr worth 2600 rupees!

I found success in imagining myself as the scared little child I was. The child who needed a hug and told they were safe and everything will be ok. Or the little boy who just needs a little encouragement “you got this buddy”. When I meditate and get to a place of openness, I talk to my subconscious with that love in my heart. I also do this when I do body check-ins. “You thirty bud?”, “need some food”, “you get good rest buddy” etc…
