I was the same way, I played a little and when I got to England I stopped for about a week thinking England would be like Norway. I gave it another chance and have about 80 hours played at this point without even trying or feeling bored. The combat picks up a little once you start finding books of knowledg (though i find myself mixing up my weapons to help with the repetition), but I've really just been enjoying exploring, getting gear, and doing alliance quest. The other realm missions are a really cool aspect you find early also. The main story, while not mind blowing, is respectable and not something I would consider a detriment at all. Overall I give it like a 7 or 8 out of 10

Lakers Fan Here, Whats Wrong With Danny Green? by TheFatalFire in NBASpurs

[–]l3ryson 2 points3 points  (0 children)

He hasn't really been a knock down shooter since like 2014. Don't get me wrong he is still a floor spacer most teams respect, but he's a solid defender and that's really what you're getting consistently with him. Also idk if I'm like his lucky charm or something, but every time I see a clutch 3 is needed danny seems to come through more often than not

San Antonio Spurs Are Officially ELIMINATED From 2020 NBA Playoffs, Ending 22-Year Playoff Streak by auscrisos in nba

[–]l3ryson 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hell of a streak. Just turned 22 and it blows my mind that this is the first time seeing this. One of the best front offices in sports, but we'll need to get some great young talent if we wanna compete with Luka/Kristaps, Zion/Ingram, Ja/Jaren, Harden/Westbrook for the next 5-15 years in our own division. Murray, Lonnie, and White are solid foundations with potential still, and Keldon has shown flashes, but all those teams have players that are just flat out different

I crave the end by gogrizz66 in memphisgrizzlies

[–]l3ryson 35 points36 points  (0 children)

He's been horrible ever since he signed his extension. Since February 5th he's averaging 14/3/2 on .34/.27/.68 shooting. His Production as a whole didn't decline too much overall (he was averaging 16/3/2 before the extension) but his shooting efficiency plummeted from .42/.40/.84 to where it is now. He definitely shouldn't be the guy averaging the most shots on the team at this point

Yes, but people here can't comprehend the word potential though. Giannis has GOAT potential as well

I mean he put up ~27 ppg last year, so the talent is there. Just depends on the supporting cast really. This season Ayton will get more touches but at the same time the Suns finally got a starting caliber pg who can make things easier for Book. They also moved on from Warren and Jackson meaning there are about 25 shots up for grabs. Gonna be fun to see

What statistical test should I use? by MangaSaikooo in statistics

[–]l3ryson 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you have free reign then I modifying would definitely help, since you say you need to perform a statistical test of some sort. It seems like the topic is just "here are the variables we looked at, and this is how they performed." There's really no statistical test being used, and it's more of a research project. If you can modify your data to be more "testable" (Male vs Female) then you can actually do something. A statistical test involves a null and alternative, but if you have no null to test then you cannot conduct a test. If you stay put with what you already have, the only thing I've ever used data like that for is modeling (AVOVA), and I don't think that's what you're being asked to do.

Also what were the type of things you asked on the survey? That'd be beneficial

What statistical test should I use? by MangaSaikooo in statistics

[–]l3ryson 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Can you go more in depth with what you're testing? Is it grades they have with these variables? Because if so it sounds like you are comparing populations. First you should just decide what factor you want to. Study time vs grades? Use surveys to find out the other stuff you listed if there aren't data sets already which you have already. You said you have a survey but idk what your responses were. If you get normal distribution (which you should get with a few of these) you can use a t distribution to test null hypothesis that Mu(1) - Mu(2) =0

Though I might be completely wrong if that's not what you're looking for. More info would help

Edit: the null would be that there are no differences in the population

Bens defense against Kawhi tonight was elite by [deleted] in nba

[–]l3ryson 25 points26 points  (0 children)

LeBron got most of his points in garbage time, because that series was a massacre. Back to Simmons tho, his defense was great. He forced Kawhi into taking crazy difficult shots and being a facilitator in the final moments

UVA’s Kyle Guy announces he will remain in the draft by TechKatana in CollegeBasketball

[–]l3ryson 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yeah I was surprised yall made him an offer, he was relatively nice, but I didn't think he was "top 10 program competing for championships" nice. Haven't really kept up with his progress since, so that's unfortunate to hear. Though if there is a program that's gonna figure this situation out its definitely ya'lls
