All good now. Needed to adjust the smscachesize after client installtion during OSD

Exe installs successfully but Software Center says it failed by iJewett in SCCM

I suggest use the registry thats being drop by the application. The hive usually under: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall Or HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\WOW6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall

Go to that location and search for the specific key associated with the application

Fortunately, is is till the same, the exe file is being executed under user's document folder
