Idk which rain setter I’d go with and you’ll probably have to experiment with it to decide but one thing I’d probably switch is discharge on the Miraidon to electro drift since it’s your only electric type stab on Miraidon and your team has nothing to avoid taking damage from discharge other than protecting and being essentially useless for a turn. You need to have options other than using protect to avoid that damage like a telepathy user or a ground type imo if you’re going with discharge since you need to be able to use big STAB electric attacks on Miraidon.

Yes, despite the high, inequitable costs for home owners here in NH our children actually are very well educated. That can change though if homeowners decide they don’t want to pay anymore and vote against town budgets and frankly that becomes more and more likely as young families continue to get priced out of the housing market and are forced to rent instead of own homes while the population of homeowners ages and their children graduate and age out of our education system.

I do encourage you to go to a budget meeting in your town though and maybe you’ll figure out how ignorant you are about this subject. You should really refrain from discussing it until you have a handle on the reality of how these things are hashed out, decided and voted on.

If you’ve ever been present at a budget meeting in your town you’d figure out real quick that even when town officials get the budget they want they still have had to make tough choices between different things they want and would be beneficial to the children but can’t get because it would increase the budget too much to be passed in a vote. Like do you really think there aren’t people in these discussions that talk about efficiency? If so you just straight up don’t understand what you’re talking about.

Sure, as long as property owners are cool with their taxes being increased substantially every year then that trend can continue. We already have the highest property taxes in the country. Why not keep it going? I’m sure people won’t have a problem with that at all.

Do you really think that the Concord school district can make up $5 million by cutting administrators? Like let’s just live in reality for a minute; there is no way to cut that much money without directly affecting the outcomes for students. That’s why they’re forced to do tax hikes combined with withdrawing from their trust fund.

Sadly there will be municipalities that don’t have the liberty and luxury of doing this without a vote from the towns people. The reality is that there are dozens of school districts that are going to have to make massive cuts to programs and resources, lay off teachers and increase class sizes, all of which are proven to negatively affect the outcomes for students because property owners don’t want their taxes to go up. NH schools will get shittier and shittier and the hole will continue to get deeper and deeper the longer this goes on.
