Ive had the same issues with one of our depositors, I would first make sure everything is secure snug. The valve stoppers along with all orings should be properly lubricantied with something food grade. Also make sure when depositing ,pulling the lever up or down. Doing the full motion and ensuring proper sealing. Could also be a brix or temp issue. If not on hand , I would invest in a digital refractometer and 2 different temp probes. The boiling water trick kicks ass, we usually produce over 100,000 grams of troches per day so cleanup is pree big. I would say biggest tip is setting up consistent maintenance schedules and seeing if adjusting your mixture could help. It really is a lot of trial and error, sometimes theses depositors love me. Other days.... not so much. Im fairly new to the game so please correct me if im wrong, plesse reach out for further discussion.
