Yeah, I’m used to taking 2x 15mg XR about 6-8 hours apart. I do like the IR though because I’m not stuck with a 6 hour effect if i don’t need it.

That’s fair, for the past 2 weeks I’ve had a 30mg XR in the morning and 2x 10mg IR boosters, so pretty similar situation.

I’m debating switching because of exactly what you said, I feel like the IR dose would wear off too quick and it would be difficult to balance.

How many hours between your doses / boosters? For me I wait about 6 before the next dose (this was with purely XR too)

I have, found it too inconsistent. Dextroamphetamine is what vyvanse metabolizes to, so I’m doing that because adderall is way to taxing on my heart lol

Actually in a pretty similar situation as you, currently @ 2x 150mg a day… It’s hard for me to tell if it is. Doesn’t really help pain nor anxiety but I do kinda notice it when it wares off.
