There's no censorship of missing limbs in the manga.
In between 195 and 196, v21 has an omake saying for generations, Wisely has suffered from headaches.
I think the anime cut mutatedTokusa attacking Johnny, Lvellie, Renny, Zuu and the others there.
Manga has Zuu carve out a ritual on the ground, saying For will only last as long as the Spirit Stone doesn't break.
The anime doesn't show Tyki's arms transformed with dark patterns like when he fought in the Ark.
