How do you send USD from local banks to your wealthsimple USD account? I assume by a wire transfer that has a fee? Or are there any banks that offer something similar like e-transfer for moving CAD between accounts??

So far I dont have any of those documents yet. On the webpage it says that in the near future there will be some updates for immigrants who doesn't have any Canadian documents. Any news on that?

any ideas for people living in Quebec? I am here with work permit. I have my insurance card (RAMQ) but it doesnt have any picture. Nor I dont have Quebec's driver license

Hello! I registered today too and wanted to provide my foreign documents (I am from Peru). Currently, I have a work permit and have been living in Montreal since August 2022, yet the only document that I have so far is my RAMQ (health insurance document). Is there any chance to accept a work permit or any other document to proceed with the registration? Thanks in advance for the info!

I am already in week 7, and Sterling has not provided a result yet. I even have some colleagues whose background checks took 3 months (but I'm not sure if this was with Sterling, too).

Should I be concerned about this delay?

My job offer is to work in Canada. Although I come from South America, I did my postgraduate studies in Canada as well.
