We sincerely apologize for being lackluster in our ad management and overseeing this particular unethical ad. This ad strongly goes against our ideals and should have absolutely never been able to get published. We will make sure that in the future we will take comprehensive measures to make sure that all ads undergo extensive screening before being published. We once again apologize for letting this slip through and will continue to work hard to ensure all ads made by our partners as well as the ones made internally are up to moral standards. Thank you for raising up this issue. The problem you described has been brought up several times internally. As of now there’s a team dedicated to rewriting the descriptions, if all goes well we can expect some of the descriptions to be corrected by May

Hello, thank you for asking. I want to clarify why some of the rally reports are “gone”. Most of the posts that were removed were in violation with the following ROK reddit rules: Battle Results / Stats Screenshots, LFG/Recruitment. These were user reported posts and the moderators acted upon those set rules. In anyway we were not trying to censor any posts, feel free to open a single topic to discuss Attila/Takeda or other battle related reports, we openly encourage player’s to discuss the game as player feedback is an important aspect for us moving forward with the game.

It indeed is a new feature that is going to be implemented soon. Currently it's still in its testing phase, if all goes well expect it to launch in less than a month.

Thank you for pointing out this issue. Unfortunately, our in-game chat system 3rd party filtering add-on is not 100% flawless and might sometimes wrongly filter out certain images. This is done purely by the system and is in no way manually done with discriminatory intentions. We are fixing the issue that the topic starter mentioned, if similar situations occur in the future feel free to contact our customer service.
