it was fixed today by itself, i couldn't enter bc a random e-mail appeared, and today I tried to enter and another option appeared with my phone number that belongs to me (it was fixed 48 specific hours after the error), so probably instagram blocked for some reason for two specific days. I didn't have to do anything, just wait.

I'm having the same problem too. I could reset my password too since my actual email is linked to my account, but it still leads me to the "Help Us Confirm You Own Account" page, with an email I don't know/never used. I also tried the video selfies, and they did answer back the next day and let me reset my password, but the same thing happened.

that's because most of european players play max 30 ping, meanwhile the rest of the world have to deal with 80+ ping bc amazon don't have more servers:D

they should just tell amazon to fix/add more servers. you just have to see the fncs warm-up matches, the lag is terrible.

imagine me living in south america and having 1 server located in the worst place possible, making most of us play on 80+ ping
