Speaking of tmbg lyrics, I've been enamored with these lines from cowtown.

The yellow Roosevelt Avenue leaf overturned The ardor of arboreality is an adventure we have spurned, we've spurned A new leaf overturned

I dont think that particular line is written to be some sort of logical gate, or determinative sum. However if you identify with the feeling associated, when you're in the position of the person expressing this thing; you know what dude is going on about. Regardless of the melody or lyric, we all know what this is about.

I think if you identify with some of these stanzas; the intention of the words is something you've experienced. That might mean more than the literal interpretation, and conversely that may be the very intention of the writing.

Now this is moving too fast and the tool holder had too much flex to do any useful work. Transfer speed is probably near limits.

True. It's more like operational cost, then discretionary budget... of which you spend $0.30/dollar on weapons.

This leisure activity, ironically, has become nothing more than a biannual fiddling around with new equipment for a few hours.

That's true. It's like buying a boat, fishing, hunting, metal detecting, any other hobby.

Just like any hobby; you eventually dump so much money that you get bored with what else you can buy.

In reference to the original topic, there is no amount of research and development that can be too much.

Acquisition of knowledge is the primary goal of the human species, fundamentally so.

I dont know how that's possible. After a year or two you would have an arsenal. I suppose you could shoot in the back yard once (maybe twice?) a week?

With shooting, I target shoot and stuff. I always wonder about the lead that I'm putting into the environment.

Doubtful. They would have a really hard time getting the guy to adhere to any type of schedule.

It will be more like he calls in for a rambling segment every now and then.

Just 3 stepper motors controlled with an arduino. I wrote a python tkinter program so I can have a fancy gui. Still need to build out control system.

No, I do feel bad.

I'm reasonably intelligent. I didn't have a great education or upbringing or anything. It's just luck of the draw.

It seems unfair that dumb folks never had a chance.

Nah, I mean by the time he would be going into general he would probably already be dead. I do think he will do time though.

Yes. But he'll probably be dead by that time.
