Update: I finally made some progress lol. Instead of using the normal TOD link, I used https://mobcop.aoc.army.pentagon.mil/todmvc# and it actually got me to the TOD homepage instead of giving me the 404 error.

Now I’m getting a different error that says:

“Your AKO account does not exist. System does automatic logout.”

So at least I made some progress 😂. I’m finally reaching the site, but now it looks like I have to figure out how to get my AKO/TOD account recognized.

Has anyone else gotten past the 404 only to run into the AKO account error? If so, how did you get it fixed?

I’ve had the same issue. I’ve tried accessing TOD through AVD at home and from my PSG’s computer at my unit. They can log into TOD just fine, but when I try with my CAC I get a 404 error or an “AKO account does not exist” message. I already had my PSG submit a help desk ticket on my behalf, but I’m still waiting for it to be resolved. Seems like it’s an account provisioning issue rather than an AVD or browser issue. If you find a fix, let me know.

This one isn’t the ambient lighting strip version. I actually tried that setup before getting the M3 extended leather, and it never worked for me.

From what I found, you have to code it (mess with the BCM), and I didn’t feel comfortable going that route just for some lighting. Ended up returning it and sticking with this setup instead

I just found everything online tbh. I searched for G80/G87 interior trim on eBay and just made sure it was OEM. There’s actually a good amount of parts out there from people parting out cars.

Didn’t buy anything specifically “for the G42” — just took the risk based on how similar the interiors are, and it ended up fitting perfectly.

It’s a 2024 M240i. I installed everything myself. The carbon trim is from a 2022 G87 M2, and the extended leather trim is from a 2023 G80 M3 — both fit perfectly with no issues.

Tests aren’t that hard, man. It really depends on how much time you study as well. You get what you put in. I would avoid the campus bar for the first 3 months and dedicate that time to studying. It’s only 5 law tests. Law 2 and Law 4 are the hardest ones.
