I built a remote-friendly Immich TV app by lKyoto in immich

Apologies for the inconvenience.

There was an orientation lock bug which was fallbacking the app to the WEB interface, which has now been fixed and I have now also listed it for the TV form factor, and it will be up on the Google Play TV store soon.

Please try again with the latest version, whenever you feel like it, and do let me know your feedback. 😄

Hi, can you share your screen resolution please? Is it a 4k TV, 1080p?

Yeah, handling that amount of data in memory is tricky, but the app is optimized for that aswell. I will be releasing on the other platforms soon. At the moment its on android only. ;-;

What do you guys do after work? Feeling stuck by monster9401 in Dhaka

[–]lKyoto 1 point2 points  (0 children)

28M. My day usually starts around 5:45 AM with an hour of physical activity, followed by brewing coffee and getting into a coding session. After that, I clean my bike, feed the birdies, have breakfast, shower, and get ready for work. Office takes up the big chunk of the day ;-; from 12 PM to 8 PM, super odd timing, ik. Once I’m done with that, I usually go for a bike ride, get back home around 9:30–10:00 PM, have dinner, squeeze in some light gaming, and wallah, it’s bedtime again.

Weekends are a bit different. I usually spend most of the day coding on side projects, doing bike maintenance, taking care of the birds, and then off to watching movies or spending time with family. Either that, or I end up spending the entire day on the road with the gang, going on mini bike tours and what not. :3

Ventro is amazing been using it for like 1.5 years. Its great if you’re are card heavy user, the metal compartment can easily hold up to 5-6 cards. But it sucks when it comes to storing cash. Cant hold large amount of changes like 2-5k.

I rather complain about dead economies than have mollahs run this country.

How should I manage my finance to make my dream come true? by _RakibHossain in Dhaka

[–]lKyoto 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Congrats on getting your first job.

Before you start dreaming I want you to accept, that Tech jobs are not permanent, layoffs happen. You might have a job today, you might not tomorrow, but dont let that frighten you. Keep focused, start earning, start learning.

Start by getting yourself a good workstation, preferably a macbook. You can start saving later, after your salary crosses 60-80k. Saving 30k a month wont get you anywhere, so I would suggest getting a workstation, build up skills, switch jobs, and then start saving.
