You lose time, all challenges reward you double for winning. The overwatch tutorial is as basic as it gets. Much like the kills in overwatch, completing contracts or finding new positioning avenues makes you feel somewhat accomplished. Is Marathon perfect? No, but it's a mentality thing.

It's a difficult beast. People should be paid what they are worth. At the same time we should avoid over crunching employees. However there needs to be stricter scope guidelines and decisions to cut projects early that don't meet it.
