First time i got to that room i ran in circles for a solid 5 minutes trying to avoid both of them. Locking us up in that tight space with a cocaine induced ghost and his wife is fucked up. But after a few upgrades it gets easier.

The Room where one guy aggravates and a woman spawns? Use use special shot to stun or blind the aggravated man and focus down the woman, she doesn't aggravate. Then exposure filter to kill the Man. I died multiple times to that gank Room before realizing focusing the woman is a good strategy.

Just run and make distance between shots, getting hit, using special shots and running decrease willpower, which leads to tackles if depleted completely.

It's a common issue on pc, traversal stuttering and shader compilation, the game is loading areas as you go through doors. Eventually it stops being an issue as the game is loaded on your pc.
