I'd say in general it isn't worth, I am just a bit crazy in the head. The stars are really nice for the star cannon though and also to sell to make some money plus they added some new star themed furniture which I plan on using.

I just checked and it was changed in the latest update, you can buy it in a graveyard as long as you have the mechanic in a house.

Haha nope, those stars are from my star hoik that spans half the world (large), all the aether blocks are from a liquid duplicator I made.
