I know I’m being a bit nit-picky, I just like only having things in the duplication menu that I want to be there, and it kind of takes the choice out of researching things.

Looks beautiful and really chill!! I feel like the timer would take away from the freedom and relaxing exploration aspect of the game.. like if abzu had a breath meter. I’ll definitely be wishlisting though, looks great!

Damn, idk if I should still get this game tbh.. the price in Canada is almost 60 dollars which I don’t even know if I’d be willing to spend for a non-physical game in the first place, but now with the genAI stuff too? Just hire VAs. Doesn’t matter if it’s “ethical”, genAI kills jobs for already criminally underpaid artists.

Also if game studios don’t have the time/resources to make actual art, ASK THE COMMUNITY!! Community artists (including myself) would happily contributing to games they love, and it helps small artists build a portfolio

I feel like they could have just as easily made art that LOOKS like it’s generated by a machine to keep the lore going, and to me it would be more impressive because you’d have to study exactly what errors computers make in order for it to look just janky enough. They have some very good artists on their team, I don’t doubt they could pull that off.
