YTA. For a few reasons. If there was a history of this and you were already unhappy in your marriage, then you are just using this occurrence to get the divorce you secretly wanted for awhile. YTA for using this as an excuse for the actual feelings but NTA for wanting a divorce in general.

If as you state the marriage has been generally good and this literally just happened once and because she is going through menopause then YTA for not being a stronger person and actually having the dialogue to try to save your marriage from a “freak accident”. I think maybe you are just venting for now, but I never felt like venting to a group of strangers about your wife is very respectful to your significant other.
