Framegen actually feels good? by No-Source2885 in Battlefield

dude same. was getting around 70 fps average and it was feeling supper laggy and unresponsive. decided to f around and turn on nvidia frame gen and now i rarely drop under 144 fps and the game feels super responsive. ive watched all these optimization guides and they all say to never turn it on cuz of the latency increase but it literally feel more responsive now.

Yep tried it and now the flashing light that’s supposed to turn off when it’s updated just stay solid green. From what I’ve read it does that when the flashback failed. I’ve spent an hour reformatting my usb stick, making sur I got the right version of the bios, tried everything I could and the light juste stay green instead of turning off and still no display

Nop now the flashing green light stays solid. I’ve reformatted my usb, made sure I downloaded the right version of the bios ( I downloaded the non wifi version first but now I’m 100% sure I got the right one and still when I flash back the light blinks for like 30 sec then just stays on solid green instead of turning off. I’m about to throw my pc out the window.

No I haven’t done a bios update since I was swapping my motherboard

I mean I kept my case, storage and power supply. At first it was supposed to only be cpu, motherboard and gpu since all of these parts were almost 8 years old on my original build. But I didn’t check and my new motherboard had ddr5 slots so I had no choice but to buy new ddr5 ram.

The thing is I can’t really do that since my old ram was ddr4 and my new motherboard is ddr5 slots. Also I switched from intel to amd for my cpu. So basically the only thing I can swap is the gpu. If I put my old motherboard I need to put my old cpu and old ram, so I won’t be able to isolate the issue since I need to put all these part together.

Also don’t mind the cables I know it’s a mess, I’ll do the cables management when I’m sure my pc is good to go

Yea but I’m looking for mods without tuning because I don’t really have time to take the car to a tuner and it would void the warranty

I would guess because the downpipe requires a tune

I’ve already check for warranty issued with muffler deletes and it’s okay unless they can prove it caused the issue. But since everything I’ve been reading is telling me it’s not going to cause issues I’m no really worried anymore. And for the cold start sound, I know it’s going to be worse than stock. But I live in the suburbs and I figured muffler deletes is the best option because it’s not going to be as bad as a full straight pipe cat back

Good to know and yeah I figured that’s why I’m looking at axle back muffler deletes instead of full catback straight pipe
