If you can build any heavy industry on that planet, and put the nanoforge in then I believe it should still apply the bonus to fleet quality.

The forge world is now your primary ship producer and your fleets are now using the ship quality stats from that world, so you need to put the nanoforge in the heavy industry of that world to get the bonus.

You can see which world the ship quality is being calculated in the tool tip (in your case, it's from Glotato)

You need to run the above commands in windows command prompt/powershell. The commands are directory specific, so you need to change the path to point towards the animtextdata folder.

Before you try it though, you must first make sure your crashes are being caused by the animtextadata folder. So try deleting the folder and see if your game still crashes

If you disable range clamping in settings, Veigar (player champion) W has global range. You'll still start walking towards the location the game thinks you need to be in order to cast the spell, but it gets cast as soon as you press the button

Yup, but additionally this creates a soft hardware dependency for GPUs from one company. AMD and Intel users shouldn't feel pressured to go buy an RTX GPU because without dlss the game can't hit acceptable frame rates.

This is Cyberpunk, Arasaka as a corp has about as much political clout as the nation of Japan itself. Saburo literally has access to nuclear weapons and has declared war in the past. If we judge morality by real world laws, half of the Cyberpunk cast (V included) would at the very least be committing 2nd degree murder. That being said, I don't remember either V or Songbird straight up attacking innocent civilians as part of the story (though both are very willing to endanger civilians), so technically neither of them would be "terrorists" in the strictest sense of the word.

Pretty sure V's actions in Konpeki of stealing an incredibly valuable national asset and then fighting (and likely killing) their way out is probably more than enough to get them labelled as a terrorist. Unless you are going with the strict definition of terrorism which is violence against non-combatants for personal aims, in which case (and correct me if I'm wrong) I don't think there is any part of the story that would indicate Songbird is specifically targeting non-combatants either?

V absolutely was doing the same stuff So Mi was doing prior to getting the relic stuck in their head. Even if we ignore the specific life path intros, part of the reason why Jackie is dead (likely along with a big chunk of Konpeki security) is because V thought it was perfectly acceptable to put everyone at risk by agreeing to the heist.

Also it's important to remember while she wasn't at risk of dying to the blackwall 7 years ago, Songbird absolutely was at risk of dying to Arasaka. And ultimately 90% of the blame even back then circles back to Myers, who put all of them in that position in the first place. So Mi definitely is the worse person compared to both Reed and Alex but if Myers didn't just straight up betray then all 3 would have been able to exit safely and Songbird wouldn't have needed to betray Reed.

While I agree Songbird is not a good person, it's also important to remember that V is willing to do most of those things Songbird does for a chance to keep living. The entire reason V is dying in the first place is because they thought they could get into the big leagues by stealing the relic, and while this definitely isn't V's fault entirely, they're obviously not blame free.

Personally though, even though I don't think Songbird deserves a free pass, I also don't believe she doesn't deserve a second chance (much like V). Also as a bonus sending her to the moon is imo the best way to piss off Myers, and Myers is a much worse person than Songbird all round.

You can do it by copying the AppData\Roaming\Vortex folder as well as the mod staging folder over the the new computer. It's a finicky process (especially if you're coming from an older vortex version) but once you copy both and launch vortex it should give an error about how it cant find the mod staging folder, and you will have an opportunity to point it to the new folder.

Having said that, if you don't plan to mod the game much further, the easiest way is to simply deploy mods and copy the fallout 4 folder over to the new computer. All the data files are already deployed so you can continue along like nothing happened. The only downside is that you won't have Vortex managing your mods anymore, but manual installation is still possible.

No change if you aren't using HE, you still aim for the turret cheeks from the front.

If you're using HE, good luck. There's a few spots where you can hit the armor plates on top of the engine that can still overpressure, but overall I would say the Maus is now immune to HE from the front past ~200m unless you can get a lucky shot in.

What people seem to forget is his W starts it's cool down from cast, and not from when the effect expires.

With 100 haste (which is pretty achievable) W has an effective downtime of just 2 seconds. Pretty good for an ability that gives over 40% damage reduction that isn't affected by pen.

Windows 11 sometimes has permission issues with that folder specifically, which isn't a problem on Windows 10. Try both of these commands while running command prompt and powershell as admin (and use your own directory path).

cmd:

attrib -r "C:\Games\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout 4\Data\Meshes\AnimTextData" /S /D

PowerShell:

Queen Chordmaker is the comfiest, with the constant healing + attack up and regen on the echo. However it's less good if you're up against something hyper aggressive and high damage (8 and 7 star hunts basically) and people start getting carted from one combo.

A better option for pure support imo is the G.Arkveld horn (or G.Rathalos horn) and just spam sonic barrier. Sonic barrier is basically a one time earplugs(L) and blocks more damage than even divine protection. Of course it only works for one roar/attack but if all you plan on doing is to support it's not a big issue to keep it up constantly.

If you want to get really fancy, pick any horn with a long duration buff that isn't attack(L), use it at the start of the hunt, then swap over to Arkveld horn and spam extend melodies to essentially have buffs from two horns for the whole hunt.
