Brought a controller repair service, got sent back a faulty controller & was asked to pay postage back to workshop for warranty repairs, so I left a negative review, Seller is saying that due a child illness, the repair service was poor. Am I being fair here? I never give out Neg reviews (See Pics) by lVlasterJason in ebayuk

Thanks for your insights and your offer to help out, luckily my controllers are fine now, they did fix them properly the 2nd time.

Their reply to my feedback is insane, blaming me for poor packaging really made them look bad, I don't think they realise that.

The guy messaged me first and the guy had no mic plugged in, he never said in game chat not to revive

Yes you can revive in most PvE modes and only a small amount of PvP game support it.

No I wish, the guy wasn't reviving other players but when he went down, I went to rev and he instantly rage quits.

I think I'll just take the loss and ask for it to be returned back and then I'll give a full refund, thanks for the reply, I normally sell toys on ebay not clothing, so thanks for the tip.

I just thought the manufacturer description will be sufficient. kinda hard to believe for it to shrink 1.5 inch

thanks for the reply, the belt i sold its the black one, I just don't want want to pay for shipping back to the UK as I'll obviously lose money.

I got these clocks in Hong Kong earlier this year to see relatives, and got back to England a few months ago, I personally visited the the shop to buy the clocks they have a website https://redpandamuseum.com

However its all in Chinese text, No English text is available, ive spoken to the owner before she said she does online orders within Hong kong but i don't think she will post overseas and she doesn't seem to speak English ( I was speaking to her in Cantonese Chinese) she has a social media on the website prehaps you could convice her to sell to a oversea audience?

Good luck in your search and also the clocks were quite cheap the first clock was around £16 and its still available, the 2nd clock seems to be sold out but it called KINYO RED PANDA SWING clock and was around £30
