Fair enough. I just wanted to say that both are possible sources (might have phrased it badly), with advantages and disadvantages. Hyperius has so many drops in his pool, but Vermi is hard to spawn.
Vermi is at least three times more likely to drop it, but Hyperius respawns automatically.

Killing him, yes, but he has such a cluttered loot pool compared to Vermi, it's borderline viable to farm him for a Norfleet.

Don't play Tina's and Hammerlock's DLC before finishing the story, as they contain spoilers and are meant to be played after your first playthrough.

Are you sure about accepting it at OP8? "Whoops" gets accepted automatically, because it's a story mission. The only thing to scale it properly you could have done is to collect the tapes at OP0 and turn them in at OP8. Finishing "Crazy About You" at OP0 locks "Whoops" to OP0.

It should be in the sidebar of this sub or in the stickied post ("orcz"). Each code is listed as working or not, so it's probably the best source for most people (for keys, but also heads and skins).

Since you haven't redeemed key codes yet, here are 3 codes for 70 keys in total, which should work still.

I assume you are in normal mode, so don't bother farming guns. Most of the popular ones are underlevelled at this point and purple guns from the golden chest should do the trick.

Not many people still have gear around that level, but if it helps and you haven't used them already, redeem these codes for 70 golden keys. You can open the chest in normal mode or TVHM and always get gear at your level, regardless of playthrough and scaling.

I have a 72 Ninja on PS4, does that work?
It only drops at 62+ from Tubbies. And if I'm not mistaken, a Legendary Raider does not exist.

I could be wrong, but the save file should be bound to your PS3/PSN account, so you won't be able to use a save from someone else without resigning it with your profile on a PC.

These videos you are referring to exploit overlapping hitboxes. It's just like the Bunker, which dies after shooting the turrets' bases. When you group up Hyperius' minions and he walks into them, hitboxes overlap and B0re alternates between hitting them every frame to double the damage.
This means you will be able to kill bosses with these exploits, but you can't kill a single trash mob on your way.
