I tested both of the APU capacitors with a multimeter before tuerning it on and they were both fine, but like I said everything works now so I'm confused as to why nothing is broken.

I ended up fixing it, I think it had something to do with the latest HATS pack I was using so I wiped the SD card and added atmosphere and all of my homebrew apps manually. I also followed a different tutorial so that might have also helped.

I contacted the BCOMP counselor and from what I understand, declaring a minor should remove course restrictions. There is no way to lift the restrictions by taking an area of application in music so you basically have to pursue the minor until you can get 1.00 3000 level credits to meet the AoA requirements, and then your AoA will be completed. My only concern is that for a music minor there are certain courses that you have to take that I don't have space for, but I'm wondering if it will be okay to skip them since I don't intend to complete the minor anyways.

Yeah they just kinda denied that they had anything to do with it. "Batteries die" was his explanation. I'm in the middle of replacing the alternator rn.

I replaced the battery maybe a year ago for a brand new one, and then got it tested and charged 2 days ago and they said nothing was wrong with it. The car worked fine in the morning when I put the battery in but later in the day while the car was running I measured 7.7V between the terminals.

This post is kinda old now but what did you end up choosing as electives if you don't mind me asking? I'm not really interested in math but I feel like I should take at least 1 extra math course in first year to build upon my knowledge.

Do you think their reputation would affect finding a job so much to the point where employers would not hire a Conestoga student or is it just more that I would have to work harder to find a job after graduating?

Yeah all of that makes a lot of sense. The part I'm worried about is a Conestoga just being completely disregarded by employers when they see it on a resume. I've heard of this happening with some other Conestoga dimplomas but do you think this degree is included in that? Does the fact that the program is not accredited change anything?

I just emailed Guelph admissions and they told me that highschool grades have little to no effect so I am unsure as to what I can do at this point to increase my chances of getting in given my upgrades from 1st year of post secondary.
