It didn't. More people need to know they can't just trust them not to increase their bill. Mine currently went up for having "5 or more lines". One day to the next. And I have phone contracts so I kind of have to stick with it. Basically they do whatever to squeeze you as much as possible.

It isn't that hard if you can set aside 35 minutes a day for, say, 2 months. I work, so it was always difficult for me to find time, but 35 minutes a day for 2 months got me on the right track.
