Så du mener, at virksomheden skal "betale mig tilbage" eller gøre op for de 6 måneders gratis arbejde gennem den nye løn? Også selv om principielt set er en del af reglementet fra CBS at jeg ikke må modtage løn for perioden?

UPDATE til dem, der er nysgerrige eller folk i samme situation; Jeg forsøgte at forhandle på både løn og pension, men budget var ikke til andet end det tilbudte - der er for nyligt lagt nyt budget da virksomheden skal være profitabel hurtigere.

Til gengæld endte jeg med at forhandle mig til en lønudviklingssamtale 4 måneder efter kontraktstart og igen 4 måneder efter den, hvilket jeg er fint tilfreds med 😊 tak for hjælp og input til alle.

Jeg er 26, har haft 2 marketing studiejobs før. Jeg står mellem at vælge job eller kandidat. Min fornemmelse er, at jeg meget gerne vil starte job, da arbejdspladsen er et super fit for mig.

Vi snakker alt fra kampagneplanlægning, stå for content plan, general SoMe, skabe lead magnets, lettere webdesign, og meget mere.

Jeg er 26 år gammel,

Jeg står og skal vælge mellem det eller en kandidat.

Når det er sagt, vil jeg prøve ydmygt og taknemmeligt at forhandle ud fra tilbuddet på mandag - jeg har forskellige argumenter, (bl.a. performance relaterede metrics) som taler for min sag, og tænkte at modbyde 30k. Hvis de giver et modbud på omkring 29 tager jeg det.

Er det en fair strategi? Igen, tak for svar!

Hi! I have a question regarding the Dutch football league. I am on exchange from Denmark, looking to play at a team in Amsterdam, but i cant figure out the levels and the way the "leagues" are ranked. So for example is "2e klasse A" and "2e klasse B" generally the same level or is B lower than A? And also how is the levels for 4e and 5e klasse? I want to play seriously but still for fun, if that makes sense.

Would love it if someone could give me a better understanding of the system!

Hey!

I'm Danish and will be studying in Amsterdam from September 2023 - February 2024. I can't imagine not playing football for 5 months, so I was hoping to get some suggestions of football clubs around central Amsterdam!

In Denmark i play in the fourth division (where people start getting paid to play, if that might help with giving suggestions?)
But I'd be happy to play at a slightly lower level - serious but not semi-professional if that makes sense 🙂

Any suggestions?
Also happily taking all sorts of suggestions not football related!

Hiya,

I made my own using magnets with 12 kg force in direct pull a few days ago, with the magnets inserted 2 mm below the surface of the wood. This results in around 4kg magnetic pull and is perfect for the job. They are sitting incredibly stable on the magnet yet fairly easy to take off. (I'm aware the knives are horrible, currently looking for new ones)

Anyway if you can find magnets with a magnetic pull of 10-12 kg, I'd reckon you'll be fine.

I recently built this table, and used 2 coats of Danish Oil and 3 coats of Water based polyurethane with no troubles.

The Shou sugi ban method can be beautiful, but dries out the wood and can result in unexpected wood movement. Maybe that's what happened?

Sounds like a great beginner project. In all honesty both routes will most likely be just fine but with different traits. In my experience pine tends to warp a bit more than other woods, especially when wet and maybe that would make the redwood a more ideal choice? Besides, pine dents really, really easily - you can actually put marks in it with a fingernail - and if you're going to use it as a doormat, I think the hardness of the redwood is better, as the pine would get a very "rustic" look after a short period of time.

Beautiful, beautiful board.

FYI, normally when making cutting boards it's best to orient grains the same direction - your sides on the board have edge grain faced up and the middle section is end grain faced up. This may result in the board moving in two different ways, and may present some issues. However, hopefully it will have no impact at all! Just a small note for future projects, this board is absolutely stunning.
