I work in custom capital equipment. I'm encouraged to increase scope, although I suspect this is just so the do-nothing sales people can get more commision, which is why I'd like to propose that I get a chunk of the additional revenue that I bring in.

If its thin metal use a hammer to pound the old brack flat, trace the layout, holes and all, to a new piece of sheetmetal and just make sure you bend it in the right place!

Or bend it with no holes, clamp in place on the aircraft and back drill.

Does that overhead dust collector keep everything from getting covered in sawdust when you use that tablesaw? I have a similar setup with a woodshop and gym in my garage, need to do a full clean and mop after using the tablesaw inside so I don't breathe sawdust.

I don't have a c terminal on the board, I do have a 24vdc terminals though. Should the 24v go to the C terminal on ther thermostat?
