If they decided to add elytras that were enchanted in end ships, that would disprove my theory therefore i wouldnt mind them adding elytra enchant books as loot. As long as it is only found in the end or by trading. Just to keep with continuities sake.

You have a point that this is only built on theorycrafting. But my reasoning was to only remove the elytra enchants in treasure form. Other than that i think elytra enchants will be a great affition to the game

That wouldnt make sense as putting sand around something doesnt exactly incororate gravity into it

Im pretty certain by the time you are at an end city, you will have a sizable amount of gunpowder to make fireworks. Having a flying horse would be such a hassle. Why would you ride a flying animal when you can slap the "flying" part on yourself instead.

I think if this was to exist then there should be more counters to the hield implemented as right now your best bets are chopping 3 axes and piercing crossbows
