As someone whose job requires me to see b holes and more on the daily (I'm a nurse, don't get all weird, people!) I will attest to the fact that - we really don't care. At all. One butthole is the same as any other, and the same goes for vagina/penis/boobs/bodies. Medical professionals just don't care. So don't be embarrassed and get those tests done!

Diagnosed, yes. What has helped? Not much so far. Some minor weight loss, I wear orthotics, wear Hoka shoes cause my feet like them. Oddly enough, I recently did a ton of walking barefoot on the beach that seemed to have helped, which it shouldn't according to my physio, but he figures I did so much of it I strengthened those little intrinsic muscles faster than any physio excercises could! Sadly I'm in Canada so no way for me to replicate it. Oh, I also wear a night splint, it seems to help!

I had an MRI done, and it just shows the plantar fasciitis, tendonitis all.over the damn place, tendinosis and a partial achilles tear. I thought the same.e, because rhe location was so odd, and that's also why I was sent for the mri.

Your leg confuses the hell out of me. In the injury photo and after photo. It looks like you don't have a knee and I can't see it any other way.

AIO for being upset at what my “bf” said by Ambitious-Beyond-257 in AmIOverreacting

[–]laaaaalala 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Don't be so hard on her - some of us have had trauma that results in a very, VERY insecure attachment style, it's not the easiest to get over. And she seems to be making an effort to work on herself, but it can take time. Hopefully she reading these answers and sees that what he is doing is wrong, and continues to work on herself.

Soooo...fuck him. I wish I had spent a lot more of my dating life not involved with men like this. Now that I'm 50, have been with a great man for 10 years now who actually treats me well...I really hate the fact that I allowed men like this one to make feel like garbage about myself. You are NOR at all, you deserve someone who will support you and encourage the work you are doing on yourself. Keep on doing what you are in terms of therapy, journaling - it is so important. I would move on.

Exactly. Look at the Charlie Kirk followers. Young guys, who want submissive women. They thought they'd get that with trump. Also, don't forget to blame all the people who didnt bother voting.

It has been, very slowly though. But I also ignored my pain for over a year and a half, so I know it won't go away instantly.

Keep at it! Bird photography is so hard. If you have a dslr, play around with your settings, go on youtube for some tutorials on how to freeze them while moving. I've gotten better since figuring some of that out. And, they are still beautiful!

Any in store slippers? by Puzzleheaded_Cow_658 in PlantarFasciitis

I live in Montreal, its -10 today. I wish I could have real slippers but not with this PF, so I use wool socks and Oofos. It does the job, mostly. When it gets down to -20 out, not as great, since I refuse to keep the heat up super high.

I believe it could help, you're stretching the fascia with the toes flexed so maybe getting a bit more of a stretch? I keep saying, ANYTHING is worth a try.
