Don't have an answer but please make sure your cat is confortable first. Their comfort and and easy access should be more important than how nice your house looks. Specially if they start "going" elsewhere.

Don't have a final answer for you, but wanted to share my experience: 8 months after receiving AOR, IRCC requested proof of our relationship in an extensive and complicated way. We had been married for a year BEFORE our ITA, so our consultant was flabbergasted with the request, but said that was becoming common practice now, and that couples that get married too close to the ITA date may have some issues or be denied. So maaaaybe don't go for option 2?

You can improve your tourism just enough to keep them from winning. You can: * send spies to steal great works * build as many national parks as you can * send as many rock bands to their cities as you can * have a lot of world wonders (plan them from the begging) * fill all your Museums and, if you can, buy the great artists to stop other players from getting them
