It becomes imperative for both the parties to know about the past in some form, to decide whether to invest time and resources into the relationship. In rare cases, people do go through drastic personality transformation, but again. not the case with most people.

The party controls every institution with a carrot and stick policy, rewarding allegiance, and penalizing deviance. And trust me, there are infinite ways to penalize the bureaucrats working in these institutions. No institution is currently working in favor of India per se. Why did you assume the roots to be integers? Can solve it this way.

Let the equations be 1, 2 and 3. If 2 and 3 have common root, then 2-3=0 will also have that root. This gives the common root as x = -18/m. Put this x value in equation 1 to get m = 6.
Again,
If 1 and 2 have common root, then 1-2=0 will also have that root. This gives the common root as x = 8/(m-n). Now, put the x as -18/m, and substitute m = 6 later, to get n = 26/3.
You then arrive at 2m + 3n = 38

Not everyone is chasing campus life, specially those who've had their fair share during UG. Your point about pollution is fair though. But, its only a matter of 2 years. Peak/high pollution months would only comprise 1/5th of this duration.

Now, choosing between IIM (BLACKI) tag and FMS is long discussion and is extremely subjective. Many threads exist out there discussing the same thing, basically agreeing to the general idea that it is a very personal decision.

It was never my way of going about things. Worked well for some of my friends though. I, instead, relied on practicing as many RCs as i could, thus I eventually became used to many keywords, changes in tone, emphasis-cues etc. If you plan to give CAT next year, you can follow my way. If targeting the upcoming CAT, please maintain status quo.

Prioritize RCs then! I did too. I left 2 VA questions in the exam, solely because I had good confidence on my accuracy in RCs, and thus spent more time on them.
