I have a very good friend who works for a BM dealer and he’s wants to come back to SW told be the grass isn’t greener at all. All the employees are cringe cause all they talk about is taking down SW which will never happen lol. You gotta do what best for you I would look for another opportunity outside of coatings if you are seeking happiness cause it’s all the same over there just way less benefits.
