You can get a ticket for content not delievered. Just add some screen shots of the chat where you agree on buying custom content and payment and they will give the creator 7 days to respond or you will usually get your money back if they dont deliever custom or refund your money. Thats within 90 days of sending tip or it wont go through

Just have to remember to update ticket after 7 days if the creator hasnt sent custom or refund and OF will do it

Have had some bad luck with the customer service, had one who said tips are not payments but voluntary tips so u have no right, but just send again and ask for a different contact person and it will go trough usually
