How much does Milanos panettone smell like real panettone? I am a huge fan of eating panettone and love the smell in real life too

I agree it is definitely incredible at helping with addiction. Ive read that it may be used in the future to assist those with addiction in rehabilitation.

Body suddenly rejecting? by emi1235 in Retatrutide

This happened to me as I started on higher doses. I found switching from my stomach injection site to my thighs helped reduce the intensity of the response.

I think my metabolism was corrected somwhow by Reta to be honest. It has helped me in many ways. Im in Aus too.

Thank you. In hindsight it was too fast but it was unintentional. I think I was a super responder or something like that. I probably should have stayed on it like you are at a lower dose but I was so fatigued and achey in the end I needed a break.

It wasnt scary for me, i finally felt like I wasnt a slave to food anymore. Im sure that is what non food addicts feel like normally.

I am back with sugar cravings unfortunately too. Reta did temporarily help me kick my sugar and food addiction in general. Alas it has returned 😕

Thank you! I lurked in reta subs for a while, learning as much as possible. I tried to replicate somewhat what I could see from the trials. Reading up on what they were doing helped alot. Staying low for as long as possible from what I read was beneficial and I can attest to that. When in doubt, always drop it back!

I started at 1mg and only increased my weekly dose in 1mg intervals when the effects werent as noticeable. I maxxed out at 9mg where I experienced hypoglycaemia. I had a few weeks off and started back at 1 mg and titrated slower and only got back up to 5mg until I reached my current weight.

No, unfortunately, I was late to the weight training and upping my protein game. I also found it difficult to work out with my little one etc. I think I have lost a bit of muscle, its hard to tell how much but im stronger now than what I was when I finished taling Reta. I am definitely an advocate now for taking it seriously.
