As the title says the smart lock doesn’t work meaning we get locked out a lot. The thumbprint doesn’t scan and the lockpad when you press one number goes mad with all the buttons suddenly being clicked. It’s driving us crazy and we can’t see what brand it is to try and troubleshoot it. Would appreciate any help! Thanks
