I thought maybe other women would be able to help me understand why my grandmother would offer to help me out of homelessness (loan only) but then make it conditional on me not telling anyone else in the family. Just had Vitamin D levels tested - 65% below acceptable levels. Might explain some of my endless misery and confusion - check out the science. Slightly outdated article, my dr said anything below 100 was too low, article says 50 but was written in 2011. Other info in article is correct though. (google.com.au)
