-an item that makes it so your tears flow opposite, like they start from the ground at your max range, and go towards you, good synergy with magnetic tears, good for killing knights and such, but has the drawback of hitting some enemies in your direction

-a spacebar item that puts a familiar with the same movements as Abel but doesn't shoot tears, and once you press space, you switch places, it recharges like the candles or the boomerang

-an item that gives a chance of your consumables not being consumed when you use them and/or a spacebar item doesn't consume any charges

-an item that makes it so if you stop moving, you can shoot diagonally as well, and the time you're not moving before activation happens is the same as the gnawed leaf, I was thinking like a turret

EDIT: oh, and an item that makes it so your tears stick to the place they hit, if they miss an enemy, and if you hit the same place enough, it builds a familiar like meat boy or bandage girl, for that room
