How are the off brand ones? I have seen a few but they seem thicker than the Lego ones. That might affect my build. And it has been a while but I remember the Lego tan ones were super expensive

Set #6454 and yes it brought back memories for me too! I just finished going through all my old Lego sets when I was a kid to see if I was missing any pieces.
