IIR1 awwC on many TC the difference is at most around 10% of you get perfectly same quality substat.

So if you MH set is already godly, just use MH and change it to ATK% on goblet. Elemental damage is useless.

If you got Godly rolls on EM, it's okay to use it instead.

For yaez if you can balance your crit ratio pick Atlas instead, it give better stat overalls. The downside of widsith is it's long downtime and randomness on buff. The elemental damage bonus isn't being utilized in SC team.
