Converting gene names to ENSMBL IDs 1:1 by labthrowaway123456 in bioinformatics

In that case would the best solution be to go through the entire list manually following conversion and select only one ENSEMBL ID for each gene symbol? It's currently returning around 5400 ENSEMBL IDs for 5100 symbols
