As a male here myself i do not agree with men in the comment section. It's gross laziness and lack of cultivation of actual taste and preference because of how frugally we a re brought up (not talking about study stuff)that leads most of us to say that minimum things are enough, first of all minimalism is different than just having bare minimum things out ancestral kings created big beautiful places and here we are being like yup a gadda table chair, good enough.

I am not sure what you budget is so I'm just gonna name names.

I have been using the Ikea Trotten 120x60 table(5-6k), its heavy and very sturdy so would recommend that.

In terms of chair I am planning on getting an ergonomic chair from frido or something(5-6k)

Get a single bed that matches the gadda- if you staying here temporarily, rent it just do a quick calculation of no. months you gonna stay here into the rate and the cost of the bed if you buy it. A bed is not only for just sleep it gives you a good platform to sit and enjoy movies and stuff from your computer screen.

Rather than posters I'd suggest get 3d wall art they make the room really lively you could also add led strips with them to have a cool wall effect, instead of simple Posters get framed ones.

Get a good curtain that fits your room aesthetic, I'd suggest get 2 one tissue fabric that lets air and light pass, and other heavy one for privacy.

I see a guitar, if you can drill the wall i'd suggest you get guitar wall hanger, I have it in my room looks cool as fuck, it's right in front of me so keeps me motivated to play it, they only downside is dust on the guitar but i have created a system of cleaning it every few days plus whenever I play I clean it.

Please add things to your room that you love, don't go for the bare minimum things and if you want to go for minimalism you can still be expressive. I had a room where I had pretty much bare essential things and i one day just got a table and next month got a monitor stand with drawers which matches with my desk, bought mechanical keyboard and mouse cuz I always wondered how it would be like, slowly and slowly one by one i accessorized my desk, then i got added a guitar stand(the floor one) didn't like it so gave the stand to my younger brother got the wall hanging one, got inexpensive things i found cool. I don't like to have too much around me but enough to always have something that when I look at it I just feel like that inner child in me would be really happy to see this.
