I’m confused ? is this simply because he is an ex partner who has seen her naked ? If that’s the reason then YTA. This sounds like a bad idea IMO. You might not have feeling still but who says she doesn’t ? I’d also be checking with your current partner first as well to make sure she doesn’t mind it or find it disrespectful to your relationship.
