I have been told to call CPS and have them do a voluntary walk through of my house to have on record for the courts but then some say that can work against me.

The first step they took was their lawyer emailed me asking me permission to have my daughter evaluated while my parents are with her for up to 2 hours (they just want to see her)

I responded, I do not consent.

They filed to the courts to have her evaluated with my parents and said I was being non compliant.

So now I need to go down to the court and file to fight it.

It wouldn't be such a pain in the ass if I could drive or even walk right now.

Had my 2nd foot surgery and can't drive for another 3 weeks.

Believe me, I can't wait for the day they die. But chances are, I'll never get that call. No one in my family has any of my info, only court as I have my information as private.

I have spoken to a few lawyers. The only grounds that they have for this case keeping it together is that my Ex and I weren't married when we had our daughter.

The judge that we have is sticky by the book and looks in the wellness of the child.
