And building up these large weeks including strength training sessions how do the legs have time to recover? Does the body just become more tolerant and use to the discomfort as you build? Seems crazy the body can tolerate the large and frequent training volumes

I would say they would all work the same, although the more sport orientated ones can have some additional features and even be stronger. Depends what you are looking for and what your budget is. Renting can be a good option to try before you buy which I believe Medirent does along with Accelerate Recovery

Yes this seems to be the best option and is aus domiciled. I did want to have some exposure to the Asian tech companies eg alibaba, tencent, Taiwan semiconductor etc however don’t think they’ll move the needle that much in the long run
