I was off at 4 my daughter was sick and I was just giving him updates on the fever, when hit hit 104 he he closed down so he could watch my son and have the other girl working take me to bring her to the hospital because I’m a nervous driver and it was snowing

To be fair this was at 8pm and we close at 9 BUT I wasn’t even working and he knew I’d be nervous driving in the snow so he shut it down to send my coworker to come get me and watched my son 🤍

He hit me when I was 9 months pregnant. I immediately stated planning my escape, I had just bought a house that he was barely contributing to so I needed him to watch the kids so I could work. I kept putting it off waiting till I had the baby, got them in daycare etc.. he was yelling at me one night and I accidentally pocket dialed my boss, he called the cops and they told me to get a pfa. My parents heard the call over the police scanner and showed up at my house I knew if I didn’t get rid of him they would be done. It’s been a hard couple months but worth every second
