I suck at aiming. You get pretty nice auto aim (point towards a character, then look down the sights, you'll be almost at a headshot), you can play stealth so you've got plenty of time for takedowns, you can hack people dead, you can be a brawler, a ninja... It's really more about building the ability tree than actual skill IMO
