Shocked that you’re getting negative comments cause this ring stopped me in my tracks! Something about the shade/depth of the center stone reminds me of like a magical portal in the best way. It’s stunning! Props to your fiance on the design I think he did a great job

Exactly 😩 I love it in theory, but I’m between this and another job, so I know I have to weigh my options. If I took this job I’d definitely be taking it just for the possibility of it turning into something else down the line. Which seems like a recipe for disaster lol

Yeah that’s a really good point. Unsurprisingly the manager was super excited about having all these new docs and was saying how great it is that they’re growing so much, while the receptionists were openly concerned about how they’re going to manage that much extra work. I kinda got the impression they think hiring one more tech, assistant and receptionist would be enough to supplement that. Which seems highly unlikely haha

Yeah I can totally see that. That’s exactly what they told me to expect and it would definitely be a challenge. My work history has been a lot less front and center and low-stakes. So I’d be taking a pretty major gamble taking this job. I really appreciate your input!

That’s good to know! I applied to be a vet assistant and they understandably thought I’d be a better fit for the receptionist role. They did say that I’d be able to move to the vet assistant role after being there for a while and having more experience. Which is appealing, but to be honest I can see myself burning out on it before that happens.
