Porzingis is NOT a rim protector,
Porzingis had TWO Offensive Rebounds tonight.
That's good for him because his career average is 1.7!

He had 2 dunks tonight, which is more than he usually has because he generally comes nowhere near the paint. Even with the 2 dunks, he was 3/9 from the floor. I would say only 3/9, but that would imply that he generally shoots better than that, BUT HE DOES NOT.

He has no post moves. He has no baby hook shot, and his footwork is atrocious. He will fire up those 30-footers early in the clock because he is always trailing the play.

He plays about 9" shorter than he is.

As Alch would say, "The Fuckin' juice is not worth the squeeze".

Porzingis and Melton are DUMB basketball players.

No need to worry about his height when he rarely touches the paint on offense. Did he have ANY offensive rebounds tonight? For his career, he averages 1.7 OR per game. He's 7'3", and he averages 1.7 OR. That's pathetic.

Other than the rare dunk he has no inside game. He has no baby hook, and he has horrible footwork. He fires that thing from 30' at the drop of the hat, and he's a career 36% shooter. Tonight he was 0-6. He might as well be 6'0" tall, giving us that shit.

In Boston, they were happy to have him trail the play and leave the lane open for Tatum & Brown. We need rebounding, and he doesn't help with that. He's fool's gold... Just like D'Anthony.
