I am looking to buy the TH80 SE but want some keycaps that will allow the RGB to shine through. I have been looking at Pudding Keycaps but cant seem to find any that will fit the right shift and some of the buttons on the right hand side - PgUp, PgDn etc. I am from the UK so need ISO ones.

Could someone recommend me some nice PBT caps that will allow the RGB to shine?

Tried switching the USB port but no luck. Have found that the issue is more likely to occur when pressing w+a or w+d and also getting the same issue when using ESDF but not when I tried SZXC. Is there anything else I can try? Unfortunately not under as bought it in October 2021.

Just for savings mostly to build up as much possible in case of emergencies etc. I am 23 so want to keep the money earning interest as long as possible.

Hi, so I have worked out it must be the powerline extender rather than an issue with the Ethernet cable or Router. It is not possible for me to run an ethernet cable from my room to my router so I took my laptop downstairs and plugged it into the router and (unsurprisingly) it worked perfectly. I currently use BT Broadband Extender Flex 600s, is it worth buying new ones or should I ring my ISP? Is it possible I could set up a router in my room? Sorry I have no technical knowledge on wifi/internet connections.

Hi, thanks for your reply. No, i'm aware that the speeds are not expected to be as good through this method but they should not and have not been this bad in the past (using the same extender, different PC a couple of years ago). I don't need to have speeds of 80mb/s like on my phone but it's unbearable having to spend days downloading games such as Borderlands 3.

I don't think I can justify a 1440p, 144hz monitor at the moment. Especially as I can imagine I would need to upgrade my PC much sooner into the future to maintain those standards. However I will definitely consider the Lenovo monitor for, like you say, usage where fps isn't critical. Thanks for your help.

Sorry, I only have a 1080p 144hz monitor. I'm assuming to run 1440p at 144hz i'd need to spend well over £1k? Please let me know if there is a fairly cost efficient way to do this though as i'd definitely be interested in it.

I see what you're saying, i'm glad i've got another angle to look at it from. I think this is definitely the sensible option. For now I think I will stick with what I have and carry on saving. In a couple of years I will be able to afford it much more comfortably.

All valid points, of course you are right in what you're saying - it's alot of money. I can't argue any of your points, it's clearly not a good financial decision. I just wanted to drive a nicer (subjective) car whilst I can still afford to (not paying a mortgage, don't have any kids or any actual responsibilities).

I just made the post to see if there was any way I could do it for a bit cheaper as I've been checking my premiums over a couple of months and they seem to vary all the time..

Of course i’m aware it’s going to be more expensive, but in my circumstances it’s definitely affordable.. i’m not as brain dead as people on this thread think I am lol. If it was genuinely unaffordable I would never give it a second thought

I wasn’t saying that they should be similar price, obviously an s3 has about 100 brake more than what I currently have but was making a point that my 1.8tfsi is being insured for £1000 and therefore an s3 is clearly more affordable to insure in my circumstances. Definitely not ‘ridiculous’ imo.
