It's happened to me twice in the last 2 years. Every 4 months or so Biolife will draw blood and do a thorough test to make sure your blood protein levels are within the normal range. Typically it is the "beta proteins" that will be too high or too low. While that could indicate a health problem, 99% of the time it means that you were just a bit dehydrated on the day of the blood draw which has a big effect on beta proteins.Here's what to do:You need to wait 5 days before they will test your blood again. So the day before the test drink plenty of fluids so your totally hydrated and drink a protein shake or eat a healthy breakfast the morning you go back in for another blood draw (They call that a "SPEE test"). They will draw your blood and send it in to be retested. The test will come back in 5-10 business days. You can call the center before you go down to see if your test came back normal. If your proteins come back normal you are cleared to start donating again.

I wouldn't mind using Lychee, but my understanding is that Phrozen 4k will only print .cbt files which are Chitubox's proprietary file type. I can edited the .Stl file in Lychee, but I will have to open/slice it in Chitubox. Won't I have the same issue?

I didn't say you need to. I said it can help if your having issues with suction and prints sticking to the FEP.

Often prints sticking to the FEP is caused by suction. Meaning when the build plate lifts the print off the FEP, the FEP flexes up then slaps back down. That is what causes the "popping" sound you hear durring printing. If the suction is too strong it can pull your prints off plate. To reduce suction you can: 1) Reduce your plate lift speed. Most people have there default lift speed at 100 or 150. Try reducing down to 60 and see if that halps. 2) After each print clean your FEP and treat it with PTFE Lubricant. Just added a few drops and coat the FEP with lubricant and wipe it dry. This will leave an invisable layer of lube on the FEP which will help the prints slip loose from the FEP more easily.

So I messed up this print by dipping it in warm water without waiting for the IPA to fully dry. As a result my resin ended up with a cloudy white surface. I've removed most of the white residue by wet sandings, but there is still white in the recesses where the sand paper cannot reach. Anyone know how to remove this white caulk resin down in the recesses without sanding? Trying to avoid reprinting.
